However, intrigued by city life, Lorraine left Maine to pursue a career in New York City designing “ready to wear” on Broadway. This captivated her life for 8 years before heading south to Boca Raton Florida. Lorraine achieved her dream by opening up 3 design stores and did freelance Interior Design. On a visit back to Maine, Lorraine purchased an old Inn called the Bear Mountain Inn in Waterford Maine and did major renovations to bring every room back to a luxury country inn. Lorraine has strong knowledge and experience in home renovation and construction.
